The Bhattar Silver Land specializes in authentic 925 sterling silver jewellery, sacred temple idols, silverware, and artisanal gifting.

4. Pricing, Silver Bullion Rates & Indian GST

The retail price of each piece reflects three components:

• The prevailing bullion market silver rate for the metal content at the time of listing.
• Artisanal making and finishing charges reflective of craftsmanship complexity.
• Statutory Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 3% on precious metal jewellery and articles.

Price Lock Policy: Due to continuous fluctuations in bullion commodities, catalog prices may be revised periodically. However, once an order is placed and confirmed at checkout, that price is fully honoured, regardless of subsequent market movements.

5. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation number does not signify our final acceptance of your order; it confirms that our system has received your request.

We reserve the right to verify hallmark authenticity, gross weight, and stock availability prior to dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order in the event of unforeseen bullion rate miscalculations, typographical pricing errors, or failure of payment authorization.

Customers may cancel standard catalogue orders prior to dispatch by contacting concierge support. Once dispatched with an insured tracking docket, orders are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Payments & Razorpay Gateway Integration

We accept payments via our integrated payment partner, Razorpay. Supported methods include UPI, Net Banking, and major Debit/Credit Cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes subject to cart thresholds.

All transactions are verified using SHA-256 cryptographic signatures. The Bhattar Silver Land does not store or process payment card credentials or UPI PINs on its servers.

7. Insured Shipping & Transit Inspection

Because precious silver requires maximum protection, we partner with specialized insured logistics providers covering 26,000+ PIN codes across India.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Non-Returnable Articles

Our returns are governed by our established Return & Exchange Policy:

• 15-Day Return Window: Eligible 925 silver jewellery, bowls, and unengraved gifts in unworn condition with intact security tags, original velvet box, and Certificate of Authenticity.
• Final Sale Exclusions: Consecrated temple idols, puja murtis, and bespoke personalized engravings cannot be returned or exchanged due to ritual sanctification and custom fabrication.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days following physical verification and weight check at our Sarafa Bazaar atelier.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform, including all text, high-resolution photography, bespoke jewellery designs, murti sculptures, graphics, logos, trademarks, and source code, is the exclusive intellectual property of The Bhattar Silver Land.

No portion of our photography, catalog content, or designs may be reproduced, republished, or commercially exploited without our express prior written permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

When interacting with The Bhattar Silver Land, patrons must not:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers to extract pricing, images, or inventory data.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions, use unauthorized cards, or impersonate other patrons.
• Interfere with website security, inject harmful code, or disrupt order processing systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, The Bhattar Silver Land shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use this platform.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the purchase of an article shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for that specific item.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts having jurisdiction over our primary place of business in India.
