Secure Reverse Pickup
Repack the piece safely in its original velvet box, certificate of authenticity, and invoice. Our logistics partner collects it from your doorstep.
Artisan Inspection
Our master karigars inspect the hallmark stamp, gross weight, and ensure tags are unbroken to verify original condition.
Refund or Exchange
Receive your full refund via original payment method (or TBSL store credit) within 3–5 business days, or have your exchange dispatched.

Eligible for Return & Full Exchange
- 925 Sterling Silver jewellery (rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, payal)
- Standard unengraved silver dinnerware, bowls, glasses, and thalis
- Silver decorative articles and keepsake gifts in original condition
- Items with intact security tags, barcode seals, and original velvet box
- Accompanied by the original Certificate of Authenticity and GST invoice
Final Sale (Non-Returnable)
- Customised, bespoken, or personalized engraved articles
- Consecrated temple idols, puja murtis, and sacred yantras (due to ritual sanctification)
- Items showing scratches, resizing, polishing, wear, or chemical exposure
- Products with tampered purity stamps, broken security tags, or missing boxes
- Gift cards, promotional vouchers, and clearance vault specials
48-Hour Transit Damage & Defect Reporting
If your package shows signs of transit tampering, seal damage, or any manufacturing flaw, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery. We request an unboxing video clip to swiftly process an immediate, prioritized replacement without delay.
