4. Payment Information & Razorpay Integration
Online payment transactions on The Bhattar Silver Land are processed via Razorpay, an authorized, RBI-compliant payment aggregator adhering to PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards.
Zero Storage of Card Credentials or UPI PINs
The Bhattar Silver Land never collects, views, or stores your debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVV codes, expiry dates, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers.
During checkout, your payment information is transmitted through an encrypted tokenized tunnel directly to Razorpay. We only receive a cryptographic confirmation token, Razorpay Payment ID, and transaction status to mark your order as confirmed.
In the event of a cancellation or eligible return, refunds are transmitted through Razorpay back to the original source account within 3–5 business days following inspection.
6. Third-Party Logistics & Service Providers
To deliver high-value precious silver across India, we work solely with vetted, authorized partners:
- Insured Logistics Partners: We share only delivery recipient name, shipping address, and phone number with our specialized bullion courier networks to execute secure, tamper-evident doorstep deliveries and reverse pickups.
- Razorpay Payment Gateway: Receives tokenized order amounts and payment instructions to execute secure financial settlement.
- Transactional Notifications: Automated email services are used solely to transmit purchase receipts, hallmark guarantees, dispatch tracking numbers, and account recovery links.
7. Data Security Safeguards
We employ standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data:
- 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
- Cryptographically salted password hashing to secure stored authentication credentials.
